Description

Create a delicious and naturally sweetened cranberry sauce with just three simple ingredients. This easy recipe is perfect for any occasion and comes together in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups fresh cranberries, rinsed
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine cranberries, orange juice, and maple syrup in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries have burst and the sauce has thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool. The sauce will thicken further as it cools.

Notes

  • For a smoother sauce, you can mash some of the cranberries with the back of a spoon while it simmers.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
  • This sauce can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
