Description

Create a festive and easy no-bake dessert perfect for your 4th of July celebration. This icebox cake layers whipped cream and graham crackers for a delicious treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries


Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. Arrange a single layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  3. Spread a layer of the whipped cream over the graham crackers.
  4. Layer with sliced strawberries and blueberries.
  5. Repeat layers of graham crackers, whipped cream, and berries until you reach the top of the dish, ending with a layer of whipped cream.
  6. Decorate the top with remaining strawberries and blueberries in a festive pattern.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the graham crackers to soften.
  8. Slice and serve cold.

  • For best results, chill the cake overnight.
  • You can use other berries or fruits if desired.
