Description
Make these incredibly crispy Air-Fryer Garlic Parmesan Wings in just 20 minutes. They are perfect for a quick weeknight meal or a game day snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds chicken wings, flats and drumettes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels. This is key for crispiness!
- In a bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches.
- Air fry for 20-24 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- While the wings are cooking, prepare the garlic Parmesan sauce. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
- Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a clean bowl.
- Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the hot wings and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, ensure the wings are completely dry before cooking.
- Adjust the amount of garlic and Parmesan to your preference.
- If you don’t have fresh parsley, you can omit it or use dried parsley.
