Description

These Air Fryer Maple Bacon Brussels Sprout Bites are a quick and delicious snack or appetizer. They’re easy to make and full of flavor!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with chopped bacon.
  2. Place the mixture in your air fryer basket.
  3. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly browned.
  4. Drain off excess grease.
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  6. Serve warm.
