These Air Fryer Maple Bacon Brussels Sprout Bites are a quick and delicious snack or appetizer. They’re easy to make and full of flavor!

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with chopped bacon.
- Place the mixture in your air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly browned.
- Drain off excess grease.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispy bacon, cook it separately before adding to the Brussels sprouts.
- Adjust maple syrup amount to your sweetness preference.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a touch of heat.
