- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the corn with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
- While the corn is cooking, mix together the mayonnaise, cilantro, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Once the corn is done, brush it with the mayonnaise mixture.
- Sprinkle with cotija cheese before serving.
Notes
