Simple recipe for cooking juicy pork chops in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Rub the olive oil over both sides of the pork chops.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the chops.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
- Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping the chops halfway through the cooking time.
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should read 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For thicker chops (over 1.5 inches), you may need to increase the cooking time by a few minutes.
- You can substitute any preferred dry rub seasoning blend for the listed spices.
