- 1/3 cup grated apple (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh sage
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Notes
- For a sweeter glaze, increase the brown sugar.
- You can substitute fresh sage with 1 teaspoon dried sage.
