- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine the avocado, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- During the last few minutes of churning, add the mini chocolate chips.
- Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
Notes
- Ensure your avocados are very ripe for the best creamy texture.
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sweetened condensed milk.
- If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can freeze the mixture in a shallow pan, stirring vigorously every 30-45 minutes until frozen.
