Ingredients

- 1 pound white fish fillets (like cod or tilapia)
- 2 tablespoons blackened seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat fish dry and rub with blackened seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook fish for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through and flaky.
- Flake fish into pieces.
- Warm tortillas.
- In a bowl, combine mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fill tortillas with flaked fish and mango salsa.
