- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped lettuce (iceberg or romaine works well)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, chopped tomatoes, and chopped lettuce.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, milk, red wine vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
