- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 1/2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and Buffalo wing sauce until smooth. This forms the base layer.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the bottom of a 9×13 inch serving dish.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the cream cheese layer.
- In a separate bowl, toss the shredded chicken with the ranch dressing. Spread this chicken mixture evenly over the cheese layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken layer.
- Sprinkle the blue cheese crumbles evenly over the second cheese layer.
- Top the dip with the chopped celery and chopped green onions as the final layer.
- Chill the dip for at least one hour before serving to allow the layers to set.
Notes
- You can serve this dip cold or allow it to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
- For a warmer dip, bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes after assembling, then top with fresh celery and onions before serving.
