- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil.
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden and crisp.
- Once cooled slightly, spread a generous amount of burrata cheese on each crostini.
- Drape a slice of prosciutto over the burrata.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
