- 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Cook the rice according to package directions.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese, thawed broccoli, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly into your prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese topping is melted and lightly golden brown.
