Description
Make this Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread for an amazing, shareable appetizer. It is simple to prepare and tastes like you spent hours on it, bringing warm, comforting flavor to any gathering.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Unroll the pizza dough onto a clean surface. Do not stretch it. Cut the dough into approximately 1-inch squares.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt. This is your flavor base.
- Place the dough squares into the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough pieces. Toss gently to coat everything well.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough. Toss again lightly so some cheese gets between the pieces.
- Top the bread evenly with the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for about 5 minutes before pulling apart and serving warm.
Notes
- You can use pre-minced garlic if you are in a big hurry.
- If you prefer a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
- This bread is best served warm right out of the oven.
