Description
A simple pasta dish featuring chicken, bacon, and ranch dressing.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk (optional, for thinning)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low. Stir in the ranch dressing and shredded cheddar cheese until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add milk one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Add the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon to the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta is coated with the sauce.
- Serve immediately.
