Description
Make wonderfully crunchy Cinnamon Sugar Roasted Almonds easily at home. This recipe delivers that perfect sweet and spiced coating you love.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Raw Almonds
- 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Water
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the almonds, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the water to the almond mixture. Stir well until all the almonds are evenly coated with the sugar and spice mix.
- Spread the coated almonds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the coating looks toasted and the nuts are fragrant. Watch closely to prevent burning.
- Remove from the oven. Let the almonds cool completely on the baking sheet. They will crisp up as they cool.
- Store cooled almonds in an airtight container.
Notes
- You can adjust the cinnamon amount based on your preference.
- For an extra crisp texture, you can let the nuts cool on a wire rack instead of the baking sheet.
- This recipe works well with other nuts like pecans or walnuts.
