- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 ounces brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unfold the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into 12 equal squares.
- Place one cube of brie cheese in the center of each puff pastry square.
- Top the brie with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Bring the four corners of each puff pastry square up to the center and pinch them together to enclose the filling.
- Place the pastry bites on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the pastry bites with the beaten egg.
- Sprinkle with chopped rosemary, if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
