- 8 ounces elbow macaroni or other small pasta
- 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, and lemon juice.
- Add the cooled pasta to the tuna mixture.
- Gently mix until everything is well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

- Use plain Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter version.
