Description
Make quick and satisfying crispy buffalo chicken wraps using pre-cooked chicken for an easy lunch or game day meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter or oil (for crisping chicken)
Instructions
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken.
- Pour the Buffalo sauce over the chicken and toss to coat completely. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the chicken is heated through and slightly caramelized.
- Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry pan or microwave to make them pliable.
- Lay out each tortilla. Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing down the center.
- Layer the ingredients in the following order over the dressing: lettuce, sauced chicken, and cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
- Slice the wraps in half before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can lightly pan-fry the assembled wraps seam-side down for one minute per side until golden brown.
- Use rotisserie chicken to save preparation time.
- Serve with carrot and celery sticks on the side.
