- In a small bowl, combine the ranch dressing and minced garlic. This will be your pizza sauce.
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the garlic ranch sauce evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange the dried dill pickle slices in a single layer over the cheese.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Drizzle the olive oil lightly over the top of the pizza.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Remove the pizza from the oven.
- Sprinkle fresh chopped dill over the hot pizza.
- Season with a pinch of black pepper.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
- Patting the pickles dry is key to prevent a soggy pizza.
- Adjust garlic to your preference; you can use more or less.
- For extra flavor, lightly toast the pizza crust before adding toppings.
- This pizza is best enjoyed fresh.
