Instructions
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets.
- Steam or boil the cauliflower until very tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Drain the cauliflower thoroughly.
- Transfer the cooked cauliflower to a food processor or a large bowl.
- Add butter, heavy cream (or almond milk), salt, and pepper. If using, add minced garlic.
- Process or mash until smooth and creamy. Add more cream if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Serve warm.
