Description

Make this rich, tangy blue cheese dip in just five minutes. It is perfect for dipping vegetables, chips, or serving alongside chicken wings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese, blue cheese crumbles, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce into a medium bowl.
  2. Use a hand mixer or a sturdy spoon to mix the ingredients until they are completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the dip and add a pinch of black pepper if desired.
  4. Cover the bowl and chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
  5. Serve cold with celery sticks, carrot sticks, chips, or as a sauce for buffalo wings.

Notes

  • For a thinner consistency, add one tablespoon of milk or buttermilk until you reach your preferred texture.
  • If you prefer a stronger blue cheese flavor, use slightly more blue cheese.
  • You can make this dip up to two days ahead of time.
