- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, turning to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your grill or a skillet to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade, discarding the excess liquid.
- Grill or cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F or 74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
