Description

Enjoy a refreshing Frozen Rosé Slushie, a delightful twist on wine perfect for warm days or any occasion you want to add a touch of fun.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 750 ml bottle of Rosé wine, chilled
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let the syrup cool.
  2. In a blender, combine the chilled Rosé wine, cooled sugar syrup, strawberries, raspberries, and lemon juice.
  3. Blend until smooth and slushy. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Pour the slushy mixture into glasses.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your Frozen Rosé Slushie!

Notes

  • For an extra frosty slushie, freeze the Rosé wine in ice cube trays before blending.
  • Feel free to experiment with different fruits like peaches or watermelon.
  • Garnish with fresh berries or a mint sprig for a beautiful presentation.
