- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries (like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup granola or chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle the mixed berries and granola or nuts over the yogurt.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until completely firm.
- Break the frozen bark into pieces.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- You can use any fruit you like, such as sliced bananas, mango, or kiwi.
- Add other toppings like chocolate chips, coconut flakes, or a drizzle of peanut butter before freezing.
- For easier breaking, score the bark with a knife before it’s completely frozen.
