- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Return to oven for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Serve immediately.

- For crispier sprouts, ensure they are dry before tossing with oil.
