Description

This Greek tuna wrap combines flaky tuna with fresh vegetables, tangy feta, and creamy tzatziki, all wrapped in a soft flatbread for a quick and satisfying meal reminiscent of Mediterranean flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup finely diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pitted Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 2 large flatbreads or pita breads
  • Tzatziki sauce, for serving
  • Optional: Sliced red onion, fresh spinach leaves

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, flake the drained tuna with a fork.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt, fresh dill, and lemon juice to the tuna. Stir until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the diced cucumber, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced Kalamata olives.
  4. Warm the flatbreads according to package directions, if desired.
  5. Spread a generous amount of tzatziki sauce onto each flatbread.
  6. Spoon the tuna mixture evenly down the center of each flatbread.
  7. If using, add sliced red onion and fresh spinach leaves over the tuna mixture.
  8. Roll or fold the flatbreads tightly to create a wrap.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Greek tuna wrap!

Notes

  • You can use tuna packed in olive oil for a richer flavor, but drain it well.
  • Adjust the amount of dill and lemon juice to your taste preference.
  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the tuna mixture.
  • This wrap is excellent for meal prep; simply store the tuna mixture separately and assemble when ready to eat.
