- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup finely diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons pitted Kalamata olives, sliced
- 2 large flatbreads or pita breads
- Tzatziki sauce, for serving
- Optional: Sliced red onion, fresh spinach leaves
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, flake the drained tuna with a fork.
- Add the Greek yogurt, fresh dill, and lemon juice to the tuna. Stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in the diced cucumber, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced Kalamata olives.
- Warm the flatbreads according to package directions, if desired.
- Spread a generous amount of tzatziki sauce onto each flatbread.
- Spoon the tuna mixture evenly down the center of each flatbread.
- If using, add sliced red onion and fresh spinach leaves over the tuna mixture.
- Roll or fold the flatbreads tightly to create a wrap.
