Description
Simple and delicious grilled salmon with a bright lemon-dill sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons, one sliced thinly, one juiced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, chopped dill, and minced garlic.
- Place salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down if they have skin. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- During the last few minutes of grilling, place lemon slices on the grill alongside the salmon.
- Serve grilled salmon topped with the lemon-dill sauce and grilled lemon slices.
Notes
- Adjust grilling time based on the thickness of your salmon fillets.
- If using skin-on salmon, start with the skin side down for crispier skin.
