Description

Simple and delicious grilled salmon with a bright lemon-dill sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons, one sliced thinly, one juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, chopped dill, and minced garlic.
  4. Place salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down if they have skin. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. During the last few minutes of grilling, place lemon slices on the grill alongside the salmon.
  6. Serve grilled salmon topped with the lemon-dill sauce and grilled lemon slices.

Notes

  • Adjust grilling time based on the thickness of your salmon fillets.
  • If using skin-on salmon, start with the skin side down for crispier skin.
