Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolk, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil and vegetable oil while continuously whisking until the dressing emulsifies and thickens.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
