Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  4. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
