Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
- Add the chocolate chips and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and chopped nuts, if using.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
