Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the squeezed dry spinach and chopped artichoke hearts.
- Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Stir all ingredients together until everything mixes well.
- Spread the dip mixture evenly into your prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. The dip should be hot and bubbly around the edges.
- Let the dip cool slightly before serving warm with your favorite chips or bread.
Notes
- Squeeze all the water out of the spinach. Excess water makes the dip runny.
- You can substitute vegetable broth for some of the mayonnaise for a slightly lighter dip.
- Shred your own cheese; pre-shredded cheese often contains anti-caking agents.
