Make these Maple Glazed Ham & Cheese Sliders for your next gathering. They are simple to put together and offer big flavor, perfect for a warm, family-friendly snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (12 count) package slider rolls (like King’s Hawaiian)
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced ham
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch of ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
- Layer the ham evenly over the bottom rolls. Place the Swiss cheese slices on top of the ham.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and ground cloves until well combined.
- Pour the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the assembled sliders.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the sliders cool slightly before cutting between the rolls and serving warm.
Notes
- You can substitute cheddar or provolone cheese if you prefer.
- For extra flavor, add a thin slice of pickle to each slider before baking.
- If you do not have Dijon mustard, regular yellow mustard works too.
