Description
This Mediterranean tuna pasta salad combines tuna with olives, feta, and cherry tomatoes in an olive oil dressing for a flavorful and easy meal.

- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna in olive oil, drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, drained tuna, halved cherry tomatoes, halved Kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and dried oregano.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture. Gently toss to combine all ingredients.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.

- For extra flavor, add fresh parsley or dill.
