- 3 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add fettuccine pasta to the pot, stirring to submerge. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until pasta is al dente. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook, stirring, until the sauce is creamy and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
