- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a shallow dish, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, parsley, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Brush each side of the tilapia fillets lightly with olive oil.
- Dip each fillet into the beaten egg, letting excess drip off.
- Press both sides of the fish firmly into the Parmesan mixture to coat evenly.
- Place the coated fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
