Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, chopped peanuts, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.
  5. Spread the granola mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown and crunchy.
  7. Let the granola cool completely on the baking sheet.
  8. Once cooled, stir in the peanut butter chips.

Notes
