Instructions
- Spread the softened vanilla ice cream evenly into the chocolate cookie crust.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter and hot fudge topping until smooth.
- Pour the peanut butter fudge mixture over the ice cream in the pie crust.
- Swirl the fudge mixture into the ice cream with a knife or spoon for a marble effect.
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts, if using.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
