Description

These no-bake Pecan Pie Energy Bites are a healthy and delicious holiday treat. They are quick to make and taste just like your favorite pecan pie.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pitted dates, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until the mixture is well combined and starts to stick together.
  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  4. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
