Scale
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup pepper jelly (any flavor)
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a small oven-safe dish.
- Spread the softened cream cheese evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Spoon the pepper jelly over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and optional pecans over the top.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted.

Notes
- For a spicier dip, use hot pepper jelly or add a few dashes of hot sauce to the jelly layer before baking.
- If you prefer a no-bake version, simply mix the softened cream cheese and pepper jelly together until combined, then top with cheddar and serve immediately.
- This dip pairs well with sturdy crackers, tortilla chips, or sliced baguette rounds.
