Description
This Pumpkin Spice Latte Panna Cotta is a quick and delightful autumn treat. It captures the cozy flavors of your favorite fall drink in a creamy, no-bake dessert. Perfect for when you crave something sweet and seasonal in a hurry.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- Pumpkin puree (for garnish)
- Whipped cream (for garnish)
- Cinnamon stick (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, whisk together heavy cream, milk, granulated sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Heat gently over medium heat until warm, but do not boil.
- While the cream mixture is warming, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the cold water in a small bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Once the gelatin has bloomed, add it to the warm cream mixture. Stir continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses or ramekins.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Before serving, garnish with a dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of pumpkin puree, and a cinnamon stick.
Notes
- For a stronger pumpkin flavor, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree directly into the cream mixture before heating.
- If you don’t have pumpkin pie spice, you can make your own by combining 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves, and 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger.
- Ensure the gelatin is fully dissolved to avoid a grainy texture.
