Description

Whip up a quick and delicious Sheet-Pan Honey Sriracha Salmon in just 20 minutes. This recipe offers a perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors, making it an ideal weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  4. Pour the honey Sriracha glaze evenly over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the salmon.
  6. If desired, broil for the last 1-2 minutes for a slightly caramelized top.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of Sriracha to your preferred level of spice.
  • You can add vegetables like broccoli florets or asparagus to the baking sheet alongside the salmon for a complete meal. Toss them with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper before baking.
