- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
