- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded or diced chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, and fresh dill (if using).
- Add the Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Stir gently until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
