- 1 head green cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrot.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and celery seed.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture.
- Stir well to coat all the vegetables evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Stir again before serving.
