- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of ground nutmeg

Instructions
- Combine the rinsed and drained chickpeas, pumpkin puree, tahini, lemon juice, and olive oil in a food processor.
- Add the pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg to the food processor.
- Process until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. This should take about 5 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
- Spoon the hummus into a serving bowl.
- Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds, or paprika, if desired.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dippers like pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
