Instructions
- Preheat your oven or grill to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly into each jalapeno half.
