- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup hot water (from cooking noodles)
- Optional garnishes: chopped peanuts, sliced green onions, cilantro
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Reserve 1/4 cup of the hot noodle water before draining.
- While noodles are cooking, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl.
- Gradually whisk in the reserved hot noodle water until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Drain the noodles and return them to the pot.
- Pour the peanut sauce over the noodles and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately, topped with your favorite garnishes.
