Instructions

- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg muffins are set and lightly golden.
- Let them cool slightly before removing from the tin.
