Description
A refreshing sangria with summer berries and white wine.
Ingredients

- 1 (750 ml) bottle dry white wine, chilled
- 1 cup seltzer or sparkling water, chilled
- 1/2 cup brandy or orange liqueur
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water, heated until dissolved and cooled)
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- Ice
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the chilled white wine, seltzer or sparkling water, brandy or orange liqueur, and simple syrup.
- Add the sliced strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and orange slices to the pitcher.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. For best results, chill for 2-4 hours.
- Serve the sangria over ice in individual glasses, making sure to include some of the fruit in each serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup to your taste.
- Feel free to use other fruits like blackberries, peaches, or melon.
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the wine and brandy with white grape juice and extra seltzer.
