- 3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 bag (10 ounces) miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, melted butter, eggs, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Stir in the milk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Pour the sweet potato mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven. Sprinkle the miniature marshmallows evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Return the casserole to the oven and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown. Watch closely to prevent burning.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
